Cleaning that starts with listening, not a stopwatch
Neatnest is a local cleaning service for homes, rentals and small offices. We agree the scope with you first, then clean to that list, every time.
No vague “standard clean”. You can see each task, add the extras you need and leave out what you don’t. Your quote reflects the size of your space and the work you’ve chosen.

What is included in a clean?
Exactly the tasks you select in the checklist. Each package starts with a suggested list, and you can add or remove tasks before you send your request.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Tell us your preference in your request. We can bring supplies, or use products you’d prefer us to use at home. The quote will reflect your choice.
Which areas do you cover?
See the coverage list above. If your area isn’t listed, send a request anyway and we’ll let you know whether a visit is possible.
Can I set up a regular schedule?
Yes. Regular cleans can be weekly or fortnightly. Visit days and times are agreed with you when you confirm the quote.
How is my quote worked out?
Quotes are based on your property type, approximate size and the tasks you’ve chosen. We’ll ask if we need more detail before quoting.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
That’s up to you. Access arrangements are agreed when you confirm a visit.
Is sending a request the same as booking?
No. A request lets us send you a quote. Your visit is only booked once you confirm the quote and time with us.
