About Havenline
A local agency that would rather you see clearly than decide quickly
Havenline Realty is an independent estate agency working with buyers, sellers and tenants across four neighbourhoods of Sample City.
We publish the details people actually need to compare homes: room sizes, floor plans, price guides and honest notes on what a street is like at 8 am and 8 pm. Then we walk through the home with you, at a time you suggest.
- i.
Neighbourhood first
Our agents each cover a small patch, so they know the streets, schools and commute routes.
- ii.
Details up front
Listings show sizes, layouts and what is included before you spend time on a visit.
- iii.
No pressure on the day
A viewing is a chance to look and ask questions. Offers come later, if at all.

Why Havenline
View with clearer information
A viewing pack before you go
Room sizes, a floor plan and a list of what is included, so the visit is about the home, not hunting for facts.
Honest notes on the area
Our guides cover traffic, noise and parking as plainly as parks and cafés.
Price guides you can question
Ask how a price guide was set and we will show the local listings it was based on.
Advice to check, not to trust blindly
We recommend independent legal and survey advice before any offer. We do not verify title or legal status ourselves.
Viewing process
From request to front door
A viewing request is not a confirmed appointment. An agent contacts you to agree a time that works for you and, where relevant, the current occupants.
- 1
Send a request
Choose a home or tell us what you need, and suggest a date that suits you.
- 2
We agree a time
The agent for that area contacts you to confirm a slot and answer early questions.
- 3
Read the viewing pack
You receive room sizes, a floor plan and a checklist of things worth asking.
- 4
Visit together
Walk through at your own pace. Next steps, if any, are your call.
Office hours Sample hours Mon–Sat 9:30 am – 7:00 pm · Sunday viewings by arrangement
Client notes
What a good viewing feels like
Sample testimonials · fictional · for layout only
We had the floor plan and room sizes before we arrived, so we spent the visit picturing our furniture instead of guessing measurements.
“The agent mentioned the Saturday market traffic without being asked. That honesty is why we kept looking with them.”
FAQs
Questions before you visit
Anything else? Ask in your viewing request and the agent will reply.
How do property viewings work?
Send a viewing request with the home you are interested in and a date that suits you. The agent for that area contacts you to agree a time. Your request is not a confirmed appointment until the agent confirms it with you.
What information do listings include?
Each listing shows a price guide, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the overall size and key room sizes. Floor plans and a list of what is included in the sale are shared with your viewing request.
Are the homes on this page available?
No. This is a demo website and every listing is a fictional sample. A real agency would show its own approved listings and keep their availability up to date.
Do you charge buyers a fee?
Fees depend on the agency and the service. A real agency should explain its fees in writing before you commit to anything. This demo does not list fees because no real fee schedule has been supplied.
Which areas do you cover?
Four neighbourhoods: Riverside, Old Town, Parkside and Central Quarter. They are fictional areas of Sample City used for this demo. See the neighbourhood guides.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
An agent reviews your request and contacts you using the phone number or email you give. On this demo site nothing is sent: the form only checks your entries.
Do you check the legal title of a property?
No. Listings are not legal verification. Before making an offer, ask an independent lawyer to check title, approvals and documents, and consider an independent survey.
Ready when you are
