About Forgefield

A serious gym that doesn’t take itself too seriously

A woman setting up for a barbell deadlift on a lifting platform

Forgefield is an independent gym built around good equipment, enough space to use it and staff who are glad to help.

We welcome lifters, runners, class regulars and complete beginners. Every new member gets a guided induction, and our trainers are on the floor to answer questions, not just to sell sessions.

  • Clean, well-maintained equipment across five zones
  • Inductions that cover safe technique and gym etiquette
  • Memberships with no pressure to upgrade
